All prices of flowers and gifts are in Singapore Dollar.
Add On Items
"Add On" items are only applicable when you purchase
a full price item from the rest of the category
Delivery

All flower arrangements and gifts are for delivery within Singapore
mainland.

Delivery charges are included in the price stated for delivery to 1
location only.

We will not accept responsibility for
late or non delivery of the flowers or gifts in the following condition:

The recipient of the order made is not present at the address given and there
is no one else present to receive the delivery on behalf of the recipient.

The address is incorrect.

Recipient's telephone number not provided or an invalid number is given.

In case of eventual non delivery, no requests for refund will be entertained
due to the perishable nature of the product and the costs involved.

An additional charge of $10 will be impose shall there be a redelivery.

Refusal of any item by the recipient will still be considered as delivered and
no refund can be made.

In all cases, we will try their best to deliver according to the requested
time. However, in rare cases of late delivery due to circumstances beyond our
control, we will not be liable for any claims arising out of such situations.
3 Working Hours Express Service
A S$20 fee will be charged.
Surcharges shall be waived if we fail to deliver within the 3
hours time limit

Cancellation & Substitution

No cancellations are allowed on the day of delivery. Should there be a
cancellation, the cost of the order will be forfeited.

Orders will be confirmed and fulfilled only with full payment received,
according to the actual value of the order.

Should a particular flower or merchandise be out of stock, we reserves the
right to replace it with another of an equivalent or higher value.
Guarantee
We thank all our customers for their valuable support and we will
aim to continuously achieve better customer satisfaction. Our service guarantee
means free replacement for feedback received before 5pm (weekdsays) or 12pm
(sat) on the day of delivery.
This guarantee applies to feedback received within 12 hrs of receipt of flowers
and fruits, and 48 hours for non-perishable gifts. Refunds for non-perishable
items will be made at the discretion of the management.
A separate guarantee applies for festive season like Christmas, Hari Raya,
Lunar New Year, Deepavali and Valentine's Day.
